Shipping and Returns


All orders are shipped First Class USPS (unless otherwise specified) within the United States. Most orders will arrive between 5-7 business days, however we cant control what happens once the page leaves our building. Please be patient and use the tracking number for all/any updates.


All International Orders are shipped USPS First Class International (unless otherwise specified) Shipping time depends on where the package is going. It make take up to 1 month for the package arrive. Please be patient and use the tracking number for more information and updates.


Due to the limited nature of our products we do not accept returns for refunds, credits, or exchanges. All sales are final!

Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed all information in your order prior to finalizing your purchase, including your billing and shipping address, e-mail and telephone number.  If an order is returned to us due to your address being wrong on your order, you will be charged to have us re-ship.  Or you can request a  refund, which will be given minus the original shipping cost.  If you purchase something that has free shipping, you will get a refund minus the actual shipping cost.


With the Covid issues and the US Postal Service being so far behind the chances of a shipment being lost is more common then ever.  We do our best to provide accurate tracking numbers and help in any way we can to make sure you package gets to you.  However once the package leaves our offices we have no control over it.  In the awful event that your package is lost, we offer a couple options.  Either receive a refund for your products minus the shipping costs, if your order received free shipping we will deduct the actual shipping costs from the total refund.  The other option is to have us re-ship more pins, however that is only if they are still in stock.  But in that case you will still need to cover the shipping costs for the new pins.  All Shipping Costs Are Non-Refundable
