πŸ“¦ U.S. Orders

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail unless otherwise specified.
Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days from the ship date, but delays may occur once the package leaves our hands. Please refer to your tracking number for the most accurate updates.


🌍 International Orders

International orders ship via USPS First Class International.
Delivery times vary by country and can take up to 4 weeks. Customs delays and regional handling times are out of our control. Please check your tracking number regularly for updates.


🚫 Returns & Exchanges

Because of the limited nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason.

Please double-check your:

  • Shipping address

  • Billing info

  • Email and phone number

before submitting your order. Mistakes submitted during checkout are the customer’s responsibility.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may:

  • Pay to have the package re-shipped

  • Or request a refund minus original shipping costs

If your order qualified for β€œfree shipping,” your refund will be reduced by the actual shipping amount.


❗ Lost or Missing Shipments

Once a package leaves our facility, it is in the hands of USPS or your local postal service. We will always provide a valid tracking number and assist however we can, but we are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments.

If your package is declared lost, you may choose to:

  • Receive a refund for product cost (shipping fees will not be refunded)

  • Or request a replacement shipment (only if items are still in stock).
    You will be responsible for the re-shipping fee.
