My product has a flaw or error; can I return it for a different one?

We do our best to inspect every product before it ships out.  But since our pins are handmade and very small details, flaws sometimes do happen.  Due to the limited nature of our products we do not accept any returns.

Can you make my car/logo into a pin/keychain?

ABSOLUTELY!! Feel free to email us or send us a message on Instagram @Blackn_blue if you’re interested in having us make a product for you. Please provide info about your car, your social media page info, as well as a photo of your car! We will get back to you with more info as soon as possible .

When do you release new products?

Our current drops are random, but we guarantee you'll always get a 1 week in advance notice!! Follow us on Instagram @Blackn_blue for all of our updates!

After ordering I changed my mind. Can I get a refund or make a return?

We do not accept returns for refunds, credits, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed all information in your order prior to finalizing your purchase, including your billing and shipping address, e-mail and phone number.

Can I track my order?

All customers receive a shipping confirmation e-mail when their order ships, which includes the USPS tracking number. Once the shipment leaves our hands it is up to USPS to keep you updated on tracking and delivery times.

When will I receive my order?

Please allow up to 3 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 3-5 business days for delivery. We do not ship out on Saturdays or Sundays. If your order has not arrived within the time your tracking number stated, please contact your local post office for more information.  Or shoot us an email and we can try to help get information on our end.

I realized I had the wrong information on my order, what do I do to get it corrected?
Please email us from our Contact page or though Instagram @Blackn_blue. As long as we have not yet shipped we can correct it.  If we already shipped there is nothing we can do until the order is returned to us.  Then you can pay to have it re-shipped or get a refund for the product cost minus the shipping costs.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.

I want something that is sold out or shows out of stock?
Most of our products are limited and are sold on a first come, first serve basis. While you are in the process of checking out, another customer may have completed the purchase of the last available item.  Items in your cart are not held for you.  So when you are ready to purchase make sure to do it quickly.

I do not live in the United States. Can I place an order?
Yes we ship worldwide.

Do you re-stock your inventory?
Depending on the product yes.  Limited Edition pins are limited to a specific amount, so they are not re-stocked.  But Open Edition pins are re-stocked frequently.

Do you sell wholesale?
Every situation is unique so contact us to inquire about wholesale.

Shipping Costs
Please note that all shipping costs are non-refundable.  If your package is lost, or there was an issue in your shipping address and its returned to us, ect.  We do not refund the original shipping costs.
